Our values
Our main concern is to use only fresh raw materials, vegetables, fruit & meat and this is why we change the menu accodingly. We use branded and certified frozen materials only in extreme circumstances such as shortage of certain goods in the market.
We also use extra virgin olive oil from Zakynthos for the preparation of all meals and salad as well as for our French Fries.
Feta cheese is greek (Producted Designation of Origin, P.D.O.).
We use Greek meat of excellent quality and veal minced meat with no extra ingredients or fat.
All cooked meals are served only at the noon and each day something different is prepared!
